500gm prawns, peeled 10 to 12 garlic cloves 50gm butter (salted/unsalted any) 1tsp fresh lemon juice 1tsp salt 1/2tsp black pepper /chilli flakes 1/2 cup chopped coriander 2tbsp oil (olive oil preferred) 1/4tsp Fab Rum essence. 2tbsp any Rum (optional) |
